It’s been two years since I launched my first course on Kajabi and I love it so much. 

Empire Builders was my dream and has been a long time coming.

In this episode I run you through what I did behind the scenes for my Limited Launch. 

1. Launch runway - prepare your audience. People have asked what makes it successful and unfortunately it’s not one thing, it’s all the things.
   
   I’ve heard people talking about how many you need on your list and how you need hundreds on your webinar to get traction. You don’t. You need quality over quantity.
   It’s my goal to be successful under the radar - not famous.
2. Planning - get your checklist. Prepare your family. Block off other commitments. Set your goals. Try and plan so that you avoid as much of the launch emotional roller coaster as possible.
3. Copywriting
4. Photography and graphic design
5. Get help from experts
6. Scheduling - emails and social posts
7. Automate your funnels - draw it out on a whiteboard. Think about the customer journey
8. Celebrate to recognise and keep the energy - social proof
9. Show up constantly - theme song. You are performing and you have to keep performing, even in the fear. There’s daily lives, the webinar which so much hinges on.
10. Connect and hustle to the end. Last day 18, finished on 33. With an hour to go we were at 24.

12. Knock the socks off your new members

Success takes time and persistence. 16 years in business and 3 years in coaching. Did it all myself.

Don’t be afraid to launch. Put yourself out there, go all in and learn each time.
