Hi friend! So yeah, you already know me.
But here's a little summary... I started my business when I was 20 and have done all types of business. I've had a toy store, a party place, multiple tutoring centres, a jewellery business, I've licenced and franchised and sold my business, Begin Bright, in 2016 for 7 figures.
After that, I started in the online course world and I absolutely fell head over heels in love! After working for 15 years in service based businesses, it was a revelation to be able to work from anywhere, and to leverage my expertise to help people, add value and make money, without having to show up face to face.
I put this retreat together for a few reasons:
- I love Palm Springs, the architecture, the shopping, the weather, the people - all of it.
- I love business. I can't believe we're going to get to sit around the pool in the most stunning award winning house, talk about strategy and growth and call it 'work'!
- I love getting together with women who are having a massive crack. I am often in groups where I feel like I should dull myself down a little. But not at a retreat like this! Every woman is a woman who wants to be inspired to do more, to be more, and to make an impact and help people.
- I want to show you what it looks like simply. I am a big believer in having a life by your own design where you can have it all. To do that, we have to make business work for you! I have spent the last 15 years finding new ways to do more with less. We'll be having super practical sessions that will elevate your profile, your business and your profits while you still live the life that you love.
- I'm SO looking forward to seeing our friends on the other side of the world.

It's no secret that I love me a good plan!
When I was in my full desperation growth mode in my 20's I would map out ten years, break it into 1 year goals, quarterly plans, monthly focus, then daily action steps so it would all get done.
I was psycho level planned. Now, I've calmed my farm quite a bit and not coming at it from such a need to control my life, but more how I can use the limited time and energy resources that I do have - consciously and wisely to give me the life that I deem worthy.
I am running this one day deep planning session to help you map out your year ahead and YOU'RE INVITED!
It's live and in person in my home town.
I will be sharing the EXACT template that I have used every year since 2011 to reflect on the year that's been and plan my goals for the year ahead.
In the full day planning session we will look at the 8 areas of life and map out your life optimisation plan for 2024.
This is definitely going to take your business into account, but it's more about your life as a whole. We'll be looking at all of the areas of life and created goals for each and action plans with how to bring those goals into reality.
Oh, and there's a party afterwards because it's the end of the year and we all deserve a good celebration!
It will be such a great chance to meet other entrepreneurs and celebrate your wins of 2023.
