How the Women Online Conference came about.

Hi, I'm Tina Tower, the creator of the Women Online Conference. 

In 2020 I was writing my book, Million Dollar Micro Business and I was shocked and astounded to discover the small percentage of women who were at the top of the online course game. 

I have the pleasure of working with. a lot of successful women and what I've found is that a lot of women don't believe at their core that it's possible to run a 7 figure business that impacts the world, and live a beautiful life that honours self care, rest, fun and joy. 

So, I wanted to round up all of the Australian women who have done it and have one brilliant candid day where we share everything. 

There is room at the top for all of us.

Traditionally, business has been a very competitive area where you keep your secrets to success pretty close to your chest so that you can keep your place in the few. But what I have found to be true over and over again, is places aren't limited at the top! For GENERATIONS, men have been helping each other to claim those spaces and recommending one another, partnering with one another and helping each other to RISE. Ladies, it's our time to join that party and embrace collaboration over competition. 

What we stand for.

Of the top businesses in Australia making over $1 million, only 7% of them are founded by women. We want to create better economic equity by supporting women to use their experience and expertise to build impactful online courses. We know what's possible and we know what happens when women run thriving companies.

We encourage women to be wealthy. When women create wealth, they design workplaces with more flexible arrangements, they inject it back into the economy and they support their families and communities. When women win, we all win. 

Women Online helps women to answer that whisper deep within that tells them they're made for more.. We offer the tools and resources to gives them courage to feel the fear but still boldly take steps in the direction of their dreams. 

This is a community of support, a community where it's normal to build each other up, refer one another, support one another and help each other to shine. This is a community built on trust, empowerment and collaboration.
