Ep128 How much business can actually change in a year

It’s amazing how much a year can change. Have you ever taken a step back and reminisced of your last year’s struggles and accomplishments and realized how entirely different your NOW is from your THEN? Because I did! 

The past year has been a whirlwind of events for me and surely for everyone else’s too. COVID has affected all of us in so many different ways and it has been difficult but for a lot of us this has also been a teaching or our molding season. And in the latest episode of Her Empire Builder, you’ll hear the story of how I got into the whirlwind of events and came out where I am today! 

It was this time last year when the lockdown happened and we were all forced to stay at our own homes. But I was in the US then for the supposed launch of the Mastermind but then I got on the plane, went home and realized I did not know what to do. 

So what are the steps I did that made a lot of impact with my business now?

1. I run a conference called The Online Business Intensive to help people move their businesses online because it was at this time that people were in a massive rush to get their business working online. 
2. I offered 30-minute calls to anyone who doesn’t know what to do next. This was a great way to connect and serve people.
3. I built websites and did private coaching. Which felt like I wasn’t giving the best of my efforts to everybody. But I don’t do this anymore.
4. But with all these steps, one of the most important is really serving people.

Despite all the stresses in the beginning, I look back and I am incredibly amazed and happy at the process of how we grew in a span of a year. It’s extraordinary! But for you to be able to do that you’re going to have to have the courage to step up and do it. How different your next year will be will be all up to you.
