Ep 155 Fired up and ready for 2022

Welcome to Season 4 of Her Empire Builder podcast! I am so excited to be back, and even more excited to get into 2022 and all of the wonderful things we have planned here at Tower Co. 

Towards the end of last year, I think I can say I am not alone in this, I was tired. There was so much rise in anxiety and all of the things going on in the world, people were just done. I have just gotten back from a 2 week vacation from Fiji, and I cannot tell you how incredible the break was for my energy, for my creative juices and the feeling of having hope back in my life that our lives may be returning to normal after what has been a very strange 2 years. 

This year, my words & theme of the year is FUN and EASE. I want to am not going into the state of overwork that I found myself in, nor will I be saying yes to everything. I will be respecting my own boundaries, and focus on the things that make me happy and love my business. The number one thing that makes me happy from my business is seeing my customers success, and that is exactly what we will be focusing on this year. 

I want you to have the courage and break the rules and shake things up to do it your way. It's absolutely possible to run a thriving business, and change the world, and enjoy your life without exhaustion. I want that for you, and I want you to chase that. 

We have so many incredible things in store for you this year, and I cannot wait to share them all with you.
