Both days run to the same shape, so you can block the calendar and tell everyone you are out. Times below are AEDT, Sydney. Joining from the US or Canada, that is 3:00pm to 10:00pm PDT the evening before.
Session one
Straight into the build. No long welcome, no housekeeping marathon.
Session two
The second build of the morning, while everyone is fresh and the hard thinking is easy.
Session three

Do I need to know Claude already?
+A little helps and the pre-work gets you there. You will turn up past the basics so we can spend the days building rather than setting up.
What if I cannot make one of the sessions?
+Every segment is recorded and sent to you, so you can catch up that night and pick the next session up with everyone else. You keep the recordings afterwards as well.
What do I need on the day?
+Your laptop, the pre-work done, and the logins for the tools you want Claude working with. We send the full list the moment you book.
Can I do just one day?
+Of course. Each day stands on its own with no prerequisite. Both days together is cheaper and it is where the real shift happens, but one is plenty to start.
Can I bring someone from my team?

My business is small. Is this overkill?
+It is usually the opposite. The smaller the team, the more of the admin sits on one person, and the more there is to hand over. Solo operators tend to get the most out of these two days.
