You already know Claude could take a serious amount of work off you. What you have not had is two clear days to sit down and work out how, so it stays a tab you open occasionally and the admin keeps eating your week.
This is the two days. We build it with you, live, on your own business. By Friday afternoon the jobs you repeat are running as skills, and you know how to build the next one without us.
The admin you hand over and never touch again.
Every segment is recorded.
Miss one, catch it later. Keep the lot as a reference for when you are rebuilding something in three months.
Support in the chat all day.
Our team is in there the whole time. Something breaks, you say so, someone gets you moving again inside a minute.
You leave with a skills library.
Ready-made skills for the jobs nearly every business has, plus the training to build your own for the ones that are only yours.
You have had a play. You have probably had one of those moments where Claude did something in eleven seconds that would have taken you an afternoon, and you thought, right, I need to get properly across this.
Then Monday turned up. The invoices, the emails, the content, the follow-ups, the same four things you do every week that nobody else can do because you have never written down how they work. And the tab got closed.
Meanwhile the cost of not doing it keeps compounding. Another month of hours you will not get back, spent on work that a well-built skill would have handled while you were asleep.
Two clear days with people who have already run the experiments for you. You skip the fifty hours of trial and error and go straight to the version that works on your business.
That is the bar we build to across the two days. Not a tour of the features. The actual processes in your business, picked apart and handed over, one at a time, until the list of things only you can do gets very short.
Your jobs become skills
Every process you repeat gets built once and runs forever. You stop doing it and start checking it.
Human work, automated
Admin that has always needed a person now takes minutes instead of hours, and it does not need you at all.
10 to 20 hours a week
That is what people find once the admin is handed over. Time that goes back into the work that actually grows the thing.
Confidence, finally
You stop guessing at prompts. You know what this thing can do, and you know how to make it do it.
A skill is a process you teach Claude once and it runs the same way every time after that. The three hours of reconciling. The client onboarding you do from memory. The report you rebuild from scratch every Monday morning.
Build it once and it becomes a sentence you type, or a task that runs on a schedule while you are doing something else entirely.
You leave with both halves of this. A library you can use on the Monday, and the ability to build your own for the things that are specific to you. That second part is what changes your week permanently.
A library of ready-made skills
Built for the jobs nearly every business has. Loaded in on the day, working before you close the laptop.
How to build your own, for anything
The processes nobody else has, because nobody else runs your business. This is the skill that keeps paying you.
Claude Automate on the Thursday, Claude Design on the Friday. Each day stands on its own, so there is no prerequisite and no wrong order. Together they are the whole picture.

Then we make everything your business needs to look good, and build the system that keeps producing it.
Thursday the business starts running itself. Friday it starts looking like the business you always said you were building. Two days back to back, and you come out the other side finished.
This is the one nearly everybody takes, and the only one that gets you the full picture.

Both days run to the same shape, so you can block the calendar and tell everyone you are out. Times below are AEDT, Sydney. Joining from the US or Canada, that is 3:00pm to 10:00pm PDT the evening before.
Session one
Straight into the build. No long welcome, no housekeeping marathon.
Session two
The second build of the morning, while everyone is fresh and the hard thinking is easy.
Session three
The longest stretch, and usually the one people say paid for the whole thing.
Session four
We finish what is open, tidy the loose ends, and make sure you leave with it working.
Something on at 11am? Go.
Every segment is recorded and sent to you. Catch the one you missed that night, and keep the whole set to refer back to whenever you are building something new.
Stuck at 2pm? Say so in the chat.
We have support staff in there all day for exactly that. Tech that will not behave, a connector that will not connect, a step that did not land. You get unstuck and keep your momentum.
Built on your own business, tested while we are together, and yours to keep using from the Monday.
Pre-work lands the moment you book, so you turn up past the setup and we spend the days building instead of installing.
The people who actually do the admin should be building this with you. Book your ticket and a 50% code lands in your confirmation email for anyone else on your team.
Two of you on the day means twice the processes handed over, and someone to keep it running when you get busy.
For the team rate to be valid, team members must book using an email address on the same domain as yours.

on your team
Tina leads as your business strategist and takes you through every build, step by step, deciding what is actually worth automating and what is not. Mat runs the tech side with the support team, so when something will not connect you are moving again in a minute rather than losing an hour.
Tina started her first business at 20 and by 27 had grown it into a national franchise of more than 30 locations, before selling it in 2016. She has built, scaled and sold four businesses and written two bestselling books. Everything you build across the two days is running in her business right now.
Yes. If you can send an email and follow along, you can do this. There is support in the chat the whole time for exactly this reason, and we move at the room's pace rather than ahead of it.
A little helps and the pre-work gets you there. You will turn up past the basics so we can spend the days building rather than setting up.
Every segment is recorded and sent to you, so you can catch up that night and pick the next session up with everyone else. You keep the recordings afterwards as well.
Your laptop, the pre-work done, and the logins for the tools you want Claude working with. We send the full list the moment you book.
Of course. Each day stands on its own with no prerequisite. Both days together is cheaper and it is where the real shift happens, but one is plenty to start.
Please do. Your confirmation email includes a 50% code for anyone else in your business, as long as they book with an email address on the same domain as yours.
It is usually the opposite. The smaller the team, the more of the admin sits on one person, and the more there is to hand over. Solo operators tend to get the most out of these two days.
15 and 16 October, 9am to 4pm AEDT. Recordings, chat support and the skills library included either way.
