Becca has a career of 20+ years in the advertising industry, having worked her way up from being a secretary to a Chief Operating Officer of an international digital media agency, managing 120 people across 5 countries.
Along the way she has nurtured teams and client relationships, pivoting 5 years ago to being a consultant, mentor and coach, working daily with CEOs and senior account leaders of some of the world's biggest advertising agencies.
Her area of expertise is in the space of relational intelligence; including coaching on building resilience, managing change, difficult people, understanding our triggers and biases, mindset hacks & handling conflict.
ALL of which was directly applicable when handling her own challenging divorce.
Becca has now developed a programme of support and coaching which leverages these skills, frameworks and approaches to help women find their inner strength and transition through the challenges of divorce with positivity and integrity; to not only survive their divorce, but transition towards a much happier life.
She grew up in a small beach town in country Victoria, Australia, but always had international appetites, and has spent more time outside of Australia than in. She has lived and worked in England, Scotland, Greece, the Netherlands and Singapore before moving to Perth at the end of 2020 where she lives with her partner, children and puppies.
