Half your team has Claude open in a tab. Someone's using it for emails, someone's too nervous to touch it, and someone's pasting client details into the free version. Nobody's doing it the same way twice, and you can't see any of it.
I come into your office for two days. One with you, setting up the admin, reporting and oversight. One with your team, building it into how they actually do admin, operations, sales and marketing. On your real work, in the tools you already use.

Your team needs AI set up properly, once, for everyone, in the way your business actually runs.
Most businesses bolt AI on one person at a time. The keen ones race ahead, the rest fall behind, and the founder has no idea what's going out the door with the company name on it. I start with you, because the rules, the reporting and the oversight have to come from the top. Then we take it to the team and build it into the work they're doing that week.
Run them back to back or a week or two apart, whichever suits you. Back to back usually works best, because the team day builds straight on top of everything we set up with you.
Just you, and your second in charge if you've got one. This is the day we build the backbone.
Your people, on their real work. We start together, then go team by team.
Every business is different, so the list changes every time. These are the ones that come up most.
Inbox triage and drafted replies. Meeting notes turned into actions. Quotes, proposals and client documents built from your templates. Files that are actually findable.
Processes written up from how people really do the job, not how the manual says they do it. Project boards in Monday, HubSpot or whatever you run, updated as the work moves. Handovers and onboarding that don't live in one person's head.
Pitch decks and tender responses in your brand in minutes. CRM clean-up and follow-ups. Call prep. Client-specific documents without starting from a blank page.
A month of social written, designed and scheduled. Email campaigns and blogs that turn into newsletters and posts. Claude Design set up with your brand, so decks, flyers and social tiles come out on brand. Monthly performance reports that write themselves.
We don't practise on pretend work. Your team brings the email that needs building, the proposal that's due, the week of social that needs scheduling. They finish the day with their work done as well as the system built.
HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google, Monday, Canva. We build on what you run. I'll only suggest new software if it earns its place, and I'll tell you when it doesn't.
The best results come from a smart person who knows what great looks like, approving and steering, with Claude doing the heavy lifting. Your team stops building from scratch and starts approving. Nothing goes out with your name on it without a human signing it off.
AI changes every few months. So we build skills and processes your team understands, instead of a custom agent that's out of date by Christmas. When the next model lands, they'll know how to use it.
I started my first business at 20 in a single tutoring room and grew it into Begin Bright, a national franchise of 35 locations and 120 staff, before selling it to a publicly listed company in 2016. Franchising teaches you something very fast. If a system isn't simple enough for a brand new staff member to run on a Tuesday afternoon, it doesn't scale.
That's the lens I bring to AI. What I care about is whether your team is still using it in six months.
I've built systems that 35 locations had to run the same way, without me in the room.
Two decades of it, including an exit. I know what well-run systems do to the value of a business.
120 staff taught me which changes stick and which ones are ignored by Friday.
Every workflow we build is tied to time saved or money made. If it doesn't do either, we don't build it.
I run my own businesses on Claude every day, and I teach business owners how to do the same through Her Empire Builder.
I'm a trained teacher and I've run live events for 13 years. A system your team can't use isn't a system, so the teaching matters as much as the build.
Total Image Group is a B2B uniform business in Marrickville, Sydney, led by CEO Pamela Jabbour. Their marketing team runs campaigns across multiple brands, with HubSpot emails, social, blogs and client-specific content going out every week.
Before I arrived, their marketing lead had written down how the team does everything, so we got straight to building. Most businesses can't tell you how they do things until someone sits down and asks them, which is exactly what the founder day is for.
“She's an extremely successful serial entrepreneur, and what I really like about the work she's doing now is that she brings a very commercial lens to AI, across sales, marketing, operations and growth, without all the tech overwhelm.”
You run a small or medium business with real people in it. You're still the one with your fingers in everything, the processes live in people's heads, and you know AI could take a big chunk of the load off. You just want it done properly, across the whole team, without spending the next six months working it out yourself.
We talk through your goals, your team and your tools, and work out which workflows are worth building.
Your team gathers writing samples, templates and three real jobs each, and your tech person sorts logins and app access. Doing this beforehand means we start building at 9am instead of hunting for files.
In your office.
In your office.
A written summary of what we built, where it lives and who owns it.
To close any loops once the team has been living with it.
Claude accounts for everyone taking part (a Team plan makes admin and connections much easier), someone who can approve app access, and the prep list done before day one. I'll send you all of it after our first call.
Yes. We build on what you already use. Total Image Group runs HubSpot and Microsoft 365, and we didn't add a single new subscription.
We set Claude up on a business account, decide together what it can and can't access, and build approvals in, so nothing goes out without a person signing it off. Oversight is a big part of the founder day for exactly this reason.
Mostly it changes what they spend their day on. A good marketer who knows what great looks like can do the work of several people once this is set up. You still need that person. They just stop building everything from scratch.
Yes. Some founders want day one on its own first, and some businesses already have the top level sorted and just need the team day. We'll work out what makes sense on the call.
Your call. Back to back usually works best, because the momentum from day one carries straight into the team day. If your diary or your team's needs a gap, a week or two apart works too.
We set up your main brand properly on the day, and your team walks away knowing how to repeat it for the rest. Doing three brands at once means doing all three badly.
It will. That's why we build skills and processes your team understands, rather than something that breaks the minute a new model comes out.
Yes, I come to you. Sydney and the Central Coast are covered, and for anywhere else we add travel.
It depends on the size of your team and how many workflows we're building, so I'll give you a proper quote after our first call.
Tell me a bit about your business, your team and where the time is going. We'll jump on a call and work out whether two days in your office is the right move.
